Your Life on Board
The onboard experience for a crew member is dynamic and challenging, with an intense work schedule but also offers the opportunity to explore different places during off days. Additionally, it provides a multicultural environment and the possibility to save money during your time on board.
- During your 9-month contract, food, accommodation, and your onboard medical insurance will be covered at no cost.
- The work schedule is 5 and a half days per week, with average shifts of 12 to 14 hours and a daily break of 2 hours.
- You'll enjoy a day and a half off per week to explore the cities where the ship docks.
- On your first contract, the cruise destination will be assigned by LWA and covers a wide variety of places, from Hawaii to the Far East, without the option of choice.
